The stone buildings were formerly rural houses and have been recently renovated and restored with quality and fine materials and equipped with every comfort without altering the original character. Several works of Contemporary Art of the best Italian and foreign emerging artists of the moment find place in the bedrooms and lounges, enriching the complex.

This construction consists of 4 Trulli.
bedroom 1: double bedroom with direct access to the outdoor, small wardrobe (other closets out of the bedroom).

bedroom 2: double bedroom with small wardrobe, safe, en suite bathroom with shower.
1 step down. Fully equipped kitchen with wine cellar and working fireplace and exit to the outdoor. 5 steps down to the dining room with table seating 20, spacious and bright TV room and living area with working fireplace and very big French doors opening to the swimming pool area.

Trullo Saraceno sleeps 4
bedroom 3: double bed, small kitchen with table, working fireplace (there is no door separating the bed area from the kitchen).
Exit to the outdoor area with a small covered table perfect for breakfast.

Lamia sleeps 10

bedroom 7: double bedroom with direct access to the outdoor area (toward the Trullo Saraceno), wardrobe hollowed in the stone, en suite bathroom with shower and window. From the bathroom there are 14 steps leading to the panoramic roof (quite dangerous being without parapet).
bedroom 8 quadruple bedroom with two bunk beds perfect for teenagers, direct access to the outdoor, en suite bathroom with big shower and window.
